ABOUT US
We're Ryan & Megan Ellmore, and with our boys Caleb, Neil and Seth, we're a farm family. We still raise cattle and crops near Covington, Indiana, on the family farm Ryan's grandfather Richard farmed for more than 70 years. It's where Ryan learned cattle, crops, and stewardship of the land and its resources.
Megan's grandfather Hubert created Glascock Stock Farm on the family farm near Kingman where he and Martha Jean raised a family and prize-winning Polled Herefords. Ryan and Megan's cattle herd started by purchasing a few of those Herefords. Over the last 26 years, our herd has shifted to black Angus.
We take pride in our family's farming heritage and in doing things the right way. That includes the way we do business, serve our customers, and in the quality of our meats.
Prime Cut 41 is an extension of our family's proud farming heritage.

Located at 1195 E. State Street in Veedersburg, Indiana, our retail hours are Monday-Friday 10 am-6 pm and Saturday 9 am-1 pm. We carry a full fresh meat counter on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
